Ahmir Worthy was found guilty on Thursday, April 27, of third degree aggravated assault following a three-day trial, after prosecutors say he punched, kicked and slammed his girlfriend against the wall while at a party. She was diagnosed with a concussion, and suffered contusions and deep bruising, Stephens said.

Worthy will be sentenced on June 26, Stephens said.
